Your information

When you join the waitlist, Niclas Silver collects your name, email address and selected role to manage interest in The Agent Workshop and send its schedule and registration updates.

Joining is free and does not reserve a place. Your details are saved in the workshop’s database. They are available to the workshop owner through a protected management area. They are not displayed on the public page.

The page is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare database storage. It also uses short-lived abuse-prevention records based on a hashed connection address; these expire after two days and are removed during subsequent form processing.

This form does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. A confirmation email is sent automatically through Resend, using your name and email address. Resend also processes the message and delivery information. We keep the delivery receipt so failed confirmations can be checked.

To ask a question or request removal from the waitlist, email contact@nicsilver.com. Each confirmation includes a private unsubscribe link. Leaving the list stops future workshop updates; the record is marked unsubscribed to prevent accidental re-mailing. You can request deletion by email.

When paid registration opens, Stripe will process payment details. The workshop stores your registration, payment status, amount, currency, accepted terms and provider receipt identifiers. Confirmed payments create a participant record and trigger payment and welcome emails through Resend. Participant preparation answers are visible only to you and the workshop owner; please leave out confidential information. Workshop joining emails are separate from optional waitlist updates.
